Q. Can I shedule my order to be delivered same day/time every week?
A. Yes, this is what most of our customers prefer.
Q. Do you shop for quality?
A. Hand-picked Fruits and Vegetables. Choice & Prime Grade Meats. We choose only the best for your family!.
Q. What is service fee - purchase ammount?
A. Purchase ammounts are billed as follows: Total grocery bill $0 to $200=$40 for service, $200 to $300=$55, Over $300=$65. Purchases over $300 require an innitial 50% deposit.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. When your groceries are delivered you may pay by cash or check.
Q. I am a new customer. Will you deliver the same day I order?
A.Orders must be called in by NOON for same day delivery.
Q. How specific do I have to be on my grocery list?
A. We strive for you to be completely satisfied with our service, we ask that you be as specific as possible with your grocery list. Make sure to include the following information: brand name, product description, size, and quantity. With millions of individual grocery items available, product description, when necessary, is important. We want to ensure that we get it right for you the first time and every time! Please be sure to read our substitution policy on the question below.
Q. Will you substitute items that might not be available?
A. Yes, unless you specify otherwise! To ensure that your order is completed to your satisfaction, we use the following guidelines when making substitutions:
1.) If you do not specify a particular brand when you order we will carefully select one that is of good quality.
2.) If a specific size is not listed, the medium size will be selected.
3.) If the product is out of stock, we will first try to substitute with a different size of the identical product. The next size smaller is selected over the next size larger unless otherwise specified.
4.) If we cannot change size, we will substitute a different comparable brand of the same product.
5.) If it is not possible to substitute a size or name brand, the item will be deleted from the order, and you will be informed at the time of delivery. Medallion cannot be held responsible for out of stock items.
Q. Can I change my delivery time after I have placed my order?
A.Yes, but you must call us to make the change at least 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Sending an email will not be sufficient enough to stop your grocery order from being processed.
Q. Are you associated with a major grocery store?
A. We are an independently owned service provider, allowing us the flexibility to serve you better.
Q. Are Tips allowed?
A. Though gratuities are greatly appreciated, they are both optional and completely at your discretion.
Q. How far in advance do I need to order?
A. All available delivery times are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, and popular times do fill quickly. We ask that you place your next-day delivery order by 7:00 p.m. the night before to better ensure next-day delivery. We do however recommend placing your order several days before your desired delivery date if it is at all possible. You may place your order up to one week in advance..
Q. Do I need to be home to receive a delivery?
A. Unless other arrangements have been made, someone must be home to receive your order and pay for the groceries and service. If no one is available to receive your order, your groceries will be stored appropriately, but you may be subject to a re-delivery fee..
Adding Time & Convenience to Your Life! Convenience! Aviod dragging the kids in and out of the car, avoid splashing through the rain and avoid sweltering in summer or freezing in winter. Place your grocery shopping and delivery order online or order by telephone. You can order for next-day delivery or you may open an order to have your groceries delivered up to seven days later. The latter allows you to save money by making meal plans in advance or to plan for that "special occasion".
